|1. Shipping overseas|
We ship outside of Malaysia but this has to be done manually. You can email us at email@example.com with the items you wish to purchase, then we will calculate the shopping fee and let you know the sum to pay. You can pay via PayPal.
|2. Shipment processing time|
Domestic – 3-5 working days
International – 7 working days or more depending on the courier service and country's customs clearance.
|3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking|
We will send you the tracking code via email once your order is shipped.
|4. Customs, Duties and Taxes|
For overseas deliveries, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes of the item(s) purchased.
|5. Returns Policy|
Unless the items are broken upon receipt, we do not accept returned products.
|6. Refunds and Exchange|
Refund of items returned will be in the amount of the product cost only. Any handling charges and shipping fee will be borne by you if you choose to return the product for exchange or refund.
|7. Incorrect items|
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within SEVEN (7) days from the date of receiving the incorrect item. You will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement after that.
|8. Buying as a gift|
You can buy any of the items as a gift for someone else and fill in the delivery address in "Delivery Address" and leave us a note for any request.
|9. Refunds for event|
Events are only eligible for refunds if the organiser cancels the event. The refund will be after deducting the processing fee at 3%.
